Description:
It takes a bit of time to make, so a distraction should be put forth first. Pretty much it's chakra put into the wind to create a giant, rotating, shuriken. The user must also find a way to get into the air and use some method of creating fire and mixing this too into the already spinning nature to create a deadly shuriken blade. Requires a fair amount of chakra.

Description:
An incredibly quiet technique that unless you know this technique very well, is impossible to avoid. This jutsu ceases all sound you cannot hear yourself speak or think at all. This is not why the jutsu is named silence though, it's the fact that without hesitation or noise everything around the opponent shifts and moves carrying out soundwaves of wind that are mixed with chakra. The chakra soundwaves invades the opponents body and in seconds can stop the heart and brain. It isn't used only as a killing jutsu, the chakra can be controlled so that the person is parylized, unconscious, or cut off chakra supplies.
