(Blue Sky Blade)

Element : Lightining, Wind
Description: User shapes a blade made of pure lightining and wind surrounding it. The user CAN NOT touch the blade, you'd get a bad cut and burn. The user can manipulate thier wind chakra to manuver the blade. This will take a mass amount of chakra from the user, but on the plus side, the blade WILL paralize the enemy if struck.

Description: This jutsu requires a second peson, the user(s) shoots a powerful string of lightining at each other, the strings will attach to each other. The string will cut and electrify anything in it's way, the users can widen the string to 3 feet, but that will decrease the damge by a third.
